That most Substance-addicted people are also addicted to thinking, meaning they have a compulsive and unhealthy relationship with their own thinking. That the cute Boston AA term for addictive-type thinking is: Analysis-Paralysis… That 99% of compulsive thinkers’ thinking is about themselves; that 99% of this self-directed thinking consists of imagining and then getting ready for things that are going to happen to them; and then, weirdly, that if they stop to think about it, that 100% of the things they spend 99% of their time and energy imagining and trying to prepare for all the contingencies and consequences of are never good… In short that 99% of the head’s thinking activity consists of trying to scare the everliving shit out of itself.

Wine

The kids spent all day screaming.

Now their finally sound asleep.

Just when I thought I was gonna go crazy,

I grabbed myself a glass of my favorite drink :)

Emily threw up on my hair,

in the car,

everywhere.

Then I had to go and fall in the shower :(

Its times like these I wish I had magical powers…. but at least I have wine…. lol

~Stay at home mom and aspiring Poet~

So I have been doing this whole stay at home mom thing since Emily was born. Which is almost two years ago. I really need some sort of income not to mention mental stimulation. I have been researching the freelance poetry and greeting card market. I was surprised to find that good poetry is in high demand. There is the problem, good poetry takes time and practice. So I have decided that I will spend the next year trying to master my hobby in hopes of breaking into the freelance poetry industry. So you can just call my MommyPoet831. <3
